~800gr leek (sliced)
1l beef broth (2 cubes)
750gr 20% minced beef
400gr soft cheese
150gr creme fraiche
1tsp mixed herbes
1tsp chives
1.25tsp nutmeg
250gr mature cheddar
0.t tsp basil
0.25 tsp thyme
0.25 tsp oregano
0.25 tsp parsley

heat minced beef with little oil, add salt an dpepper. brown slightly. add leek, cook until soft. add soft cheese, add creme fraiche, add herbs and mature cheddar
