Ingredients:
~800gr leek (sliced)
1l beef broth (2 cubes)
750gr 20% minced beef
400gr soft cheese
150gr creme fraiche
1tsp mixed herbes
1tsp chives
1.25tsp nutmeg
250gr mature cheddar
0.t tsp basil
0.25 tsp thyme
0.25 tsp oregano
0.25 tsp parsley
