Shallow depth of field

Settings:

• Put camera in Aperture Priority mode (A/Av)
• Widest aperture (4.0/5.6 etc)
• ISO to auto
• Zoom in to maximum
• check shutter speed. if below 1/125th sec use tripod!
• Focus point as close to lens as possible
• Light in background for Bokeh
• Hide the sun or light source from image
