Disable Google feed on swiping right on home screen (disables google app completely including sound search):
Settings → Apps → Google → disable

Alternative:
Quick Glance APK, an background app that enable or disable Google Feed. It's an app from OPPO, but works on OnePlus devices too. The option will be available in the settings of “Home Screen & Lock Screen”, after installing the APK.

Removed from google widgets. However, requires enabled google app.
